This Victorian home is a vision of loveliness. The openness of the common living areas enhances the sense of space; the dining room is set off from the foyer by a columned half-wall, and the gallery flows into the fireplaced living room. The master suite has a large, a bayed sitting area, dual sinks, a private toilet, a shower, an oval tub and a walk-in closet. Upstairs, a balcony overlooks the foyer below and provides access to the other three bedrooms, the gameroom and the full bath.
Our usual plan set does not include drawings for plumbing, heating, or air conditioning, as there are a wide range of local codes and climatic conditions. But don’t worry! These details and specifications can be easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local suppliers. Before purchasing a set of house plans, we recommend that you contact your builder and building officials to understand the building codes and requirements in your area.
Each Plan Contains:
- Floor plans
- Foundation plan
- Roof plan

- Typical Wall Section or Cross section
When you’re planning to build a new home, one of the most important things to consider is the total cost of the project. House Plans Online has partnered with StartBuild to provide comprehensive and accurate cost-to-build estimates for your construction projects.
If you’re considering building a house, you might be wondering about the financing options. Constructing a home requires a specific type of loan called a construction loan. Unlike a standard mortgage, this loan is specifically designed to cover expenses such as land, labor, materials, and permits.
It’s important to note that construction loans come with their own distinct features and requirements, setting them apart from traditional mortgages. Let’s examine how construction loans work and what you need to know before applying.
